Projects for Solar Power Plant (SSP) and Wind Power Plant (WPP)

Within the framework of the National Energy and Mining Policy Strategy of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, one of the corporate objectives of TKI is to provide the energy requirement of TKI Directorates from renewable energy sources.

In line with this objective, some feasibility studies have been started to establish Solar Power Plants (SPP) and/or Wind Energy Power Plants (WPP) into the mining areas under the responsibility of the TKI Directorates and where no longer production is available. Within the project scope, 1 MW unlicensed SPP installation processes in the ELI Directorate are in progress. The feasibility studies for the SPP/RES projects planned to be established in the ELI, GLI, and CLI Directorates are ongoing.
